Summer is gone and I still dont have my 6 pack back! Ack!

I need a way to keep it all the time. Any suggestions?

I really like 24 Hours gym. I have tried Golds and others, and they each have their advantages but 24Hours has the best overall combination. And of course, friends.



The San Carlos 24 Hours has one huge room with the weights; free weights and machines. Its the best I have seen. I dont like gyms with lots of little rooms, its hard to find what you want. I wish 24Hours would do a better job on cleaning, that is the only issue there.
