Are there any other moms out there trying to get their bodies back? My baby will be two soon and I really want to shape up this summer. Any helpful tips would be great.
Hi - So I am not a mom, but would like to pass on some tips I have used in the past to drop excess weight. One of them is to increase the amount of fruits and veggies in my diet - usually by eating a salad for dinner; also remove pasta and breads from my diet. People will say it sounds like atkins - but it is not- I removed only the processed carbs from my diet. Also, do some cardio - you do not have to run marathons or anything crazy - but walking and jogging will assist with the burn. And some resistance training which cna be done with push ups, crunches, and back extensions. Best of luck and enjoy the journey!
Thank you for all the great tips. Summer is a great time for fruits and vegetables because there are so many fresh ones to chose from. I do walk - I cannot run or jog because of a health issue but I will walk as often as I can.
